Paul

Paul is an Axa, PPP, Aviva, Bupa Approved Physiotherapist. 
When not working at Studio57Clinic Paul works at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation trust in London. He is a Band 7 Physiotherapist in a busy outpatient physiotherapy department and oversees the running of a number of upper and lower limb injury group (gym-based) rehabilitation classes, whilst also running outpatient clinics where he is exposed to a wide variety of general, orthopaedic and sporting injuries. Paul has a specialist interest in lower limb injuries but in particular anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury rehabilitation and patellofemoral dysfunction / patella tendon pain (runners / jumpers knee).

Sports - Rugby, Triathlon, however would also like to give Crossfit a go!
Last time I was very scared - it would have to be cliff jumping into a rock pool in Oz. 40ft didn't  look that high when watching below, but different story when standing at the top!
Strengths - laid back and positive attitude
Weaknesses - probably trashy TV, can't resist watching Master chef and The Apprentice and dare I say it The X-Factor. 
Most impressive location I've visited -Sailing around the Whitsundays
Final meal - Steak and chips
Greatest self accomplishment - Leaving school at 16 to play rugby and to then go on and complete two degrees.
Greatest sporting acheivement - Playing rugby at Wembley. Amazing experience walking out of the famous Wembley tunnel and singing the national anthem
