Please give us as much notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Often, appointment cancellation notice or reschedules under 24 hours make it impossible for us to fill with a different patient. This results in the loss of someone elses opportunity to step in for a treatment, and dead clinic time for us. Should you need to cancel under 24 hours notice, please respect us charging you a £20 cancellation fee SHOULD we not be successful in filling that appointment window with another patient.

Our phone lines are always open 7 days a week to receive a call should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can always leave a message if our phone number goes to voice mail.
