Introducing Adam Kann, our core conditioning specialist. 

Adam Kann is a Level 3 Advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a certified personal trainer and is a CHEK Core Conditioning Specialist, 
We love working with Adam because we believe his attention to detail is second to none, which is absolutely vital to encourage fast and effective progress with your fitness. Adam Kann, of Fizeek Personal Training is available for personal one to one coaching both inside and outside of Studio57clinic. Whether training for a marathon, a triathlon or simply want to shape up and look great for summer, Adam... Kann!

Great For- Improving performance, posture, reducing back pain.

Assessment will be made be as the first class unfolds, you will then know which areas you need to work on specifically from the lower abdominals, lumbar spine to the TVA (all of which make up your core).  Adam will teach you how to strengthen all of your core muscles rather than just the abdominals.  Core conditioning has a similar outlook to pilates by strengthening core stability and core control.  A six pack does not mean a strong core- you will leave this class enlightened, educated and stronger.  This class is perfect all... from office workers to runners, labourers to golfers- everyone should have a strong core to keep backs healthy.
