As harsh as that may seem, running carries one of the highest levels of vulnerability to injury based on the chronicity of the repetitive ‘weight loading on the legs’ whilst the frequency, duration and intensity of running increases throughout most training programmes. Although frequent stretching is great to maintain flexibility, sports massage is the key component to promote and improve flexibility and treat soft tissue injuries.
One of our greatest strengths at Studio57clinic are running injuries, performance and prevention. We work closely with many running clubs, teams and charities supporting runners with treatment both preventative and rehabilition in and out of training season. We present at training days / running workshops with Yelling Performance to The Virgin London Marathon and Oxfam. We are the official and exclusive sports injury therapists to the Brighton Half Marathon.

Running Technique Video Gait Analysis
The thing that makes Studio57clinic stand miles ahead of any other sports injury clinic is that we provide a full body video gait analysis system to observe your very own unique running style to help understand any underlying imbalances you may have during the process of running. Whether a new client to Studio57clinic or have referred to us by running coaches or other health professionals to have your running technique assessed, we can help support your own unique running technique and help design a programme to rehab, prevent injuries and improve performance.
