Great for- Inflexibility, to improve performance in sport, to reduce pain.

Instead of a generic stretch class where everybody does the same exercise, you will be given stretches that are specific to you.  Once your muscle flexibility has been assessed you will leave with a plan of action to reduce your aches and pains.  As the course unfolds you will learn the correct timing, positions, postures and progressions in the art of flexibility.  We are passionate about keeping your body out of pain, come along and reduce your aches and pains.
