Considering that we spend most of our waking hours sitting behind a computer or driving a car, is it any wonder that our posture becomes weak and pain /  muscle soreness occurs as a result. Ironically,  with advances in technology to help us achieve more in life, it's technology that could well be creating evolutionary problems forever. Needless to say, there's very little we can do apart from work and sit down less, but realistically, life doesn't always provide us with that option.
