This is a unique class specifically put together for studio57, Fiona is a exceptional yoga teacher and runners so understands the complexities of the body and the hardships of running. You will learn postures that will strengthen your legs, breathes to help with cardio breathing and positions that will help flexibility. A must for any runner who wants to improve or hates stretching!
